Marshall Trimble Songs

In 1987, Marshall Trimble, Arizona's Official State Historian,

Marshall's web site: http://www.marshalltrimble.com/home.html

contacted me (Howard Anderson) because he wanted a banjo player to play with him for the KNIX Arizona Diamond Jubilee Show in Central Phoenix. To help me prepare for this, he provided me with cassette tapes containing his songs. (We did do the show...)

A year or two ago, I digitized the songs from the tapes.

Yesterday, 29 Feb 2020, I talked with Marshall at the Glendale Folk Festival and told him I had digitized his songs from the tapes and had thought about putting them on-line for others to hear. I asked if that would be OK with him. He said yes! So below are some really good songs from Marshall Trimble, circa 1987.
